mplementation of Government Schemes:
Ensure effective execution of rural development schemes (such as NRLM, etc.) at the block level.
Monitoring and Supervision:
Supervise the work of field functionaries like Cluster Coordinators and Community Resource Persons.
Regularly monitor project progress and ensure timely reporting.
Capacity Building and Training:
Organize training programs and workshops for Self Help Groups (SHGs), Village Organizations (VOs), and staff.
Build capacity of community institutions.
Financial Management:
Oversee proper fund utilization and ensure financial transparency at the block and village level.
Assist in preparing budgets and expenditure reports.
Community Mobilization:
Mobilize rural communities to participate in development programs.
Promote the formation and strengthening of SHGs, VOs, and federations.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain and update MIS (Management Information System) records.
Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to district or state missions.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
Coordinate with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), line departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Represent the mission in block-level meetings and reviews.
Problem Solving and Field Support:
Address challenges faced by the community or staff in implementing projects.
Visit villages regularly to provide on-ground support and feedback.
