Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Sourcing Executive to join our team and
support our international business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
logistics management, sourcing strategies, and supply chain optimization. As a Logistics and Sourcing
Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing vendor relationships, and
ensuring timely delivery of goods to our international customers.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee the logistics and transportation of goods for international shipments,
including import/export documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
2. Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors for products and services required for international business
operations.
3. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers/vendors to ensure cost-effective sourcing
solutions.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers/vendors to ensure reliability, quality, and
timely delivery of goods.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including business development to ensure alignment of logistics
and sourcing activities with business objectives.
6. Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process
enhancements to streamline operations and reduce costs.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to international logistics
and sourcing.
8. Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to logistics, sourcing,
and inventory management activities.
9. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed to drive business growth and operational
excellence.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor in Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree preferred.
2. Relevant work experience of 1-3 years in logistics management, sourcing, or supply chain operations,
preferably in an international business environment.
3. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Proficiency in logistics software/systems, such as ERP, CRM or procurement platforms.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective
solutions.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation and records.
9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
