Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our
team and drive our international business expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities in
global markets. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating
leads, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in target regions.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients for expansion opportunities.
2. Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new international
markets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clientsto foster long-term
partnerships.
4. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to customize product/service offerings to meet the needs of
international clients.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
7. Communicate effectively and Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international
clients to understand their requirement and secure new business opportunities.
8. Employ effective sales techniques to convert leads into business opportunitiesand secure
new contracts.
9. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using CRMsoftware.
10. Continuously evaluate and adjust sales strategies to optimize lead conversionrates and
achieve sales targets
11. Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and
revenue projections.
12. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand
awareness and expand network.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree
preferred.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in
international markets.
3. Strong understanding of international business practices, regulations, and cultural nuances.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
7. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
8. Willingness to travel internationally as required
