The M&E Assistant will be responsible for maintain the proper books of accounts manual as well as in tally software and designing and implementing the M&E activities of the Project; assisting the M&E officer and Project Manager in preparing Quarterly/Annual reports on project progress and will monitor the project activities on a regular basis and will be responsible for the collection data. Controlling and streamlining finances so that funds are used for the project at the right time.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:- month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Coordinate and complete annual audits Provide recommendations. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy. Meet financial accounting objectives. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Maintain day-to-day accounts record of Community Processes Resource Centre. ` Responsible for day-to-day functioning of the Community Processes Resource Centre. ` Ensure placement of funds and receipt of the utilization certificate from the districts and other expenditures. Undertake any such assignments, which may be assigned by the State ASHA Manager. Reporting: Will report to Team Leader-ASHA and Community Processes Resource center, UKHFWS, Uttarakhand.
