Responsibility: • Undergo the orientation program to equip self for the role. • Familiarize self with the project interventions proposed in the block/cluster • Develop contact with the farmers and members of CBOs. • Assist in formation of organization of community members. • Facilitate training programs for the community needs. • Establish linkages between community members and project functionaries. • Collect data as required for needs of the project. • Focus on participation of women in economic activities. • Maintain information of successful groups which could serve as useful examples for learning and replication. • Facilitate project partners to reach out to the community. • Undertake frequent interaction with the community with patience to understand their pain points and practical problems related to access to different programs and schemes and their actual usefulness for their conditions.

Responsibility: • Formation of SHGs, VO, CLF • Providing RF, CIF, farm & non-farm machineries. • Linked Account of SHGs for Loan (CCL). • Monitored Documentation of SHGs. • Conducted Livelihood Training in Gram Panchayat Level. • Gave Awareness regarding Different Government Scheme related to livelihood • Mission. • Preparation and implementation of Sustainable Plan for SHGs. • Established relationship between farmers, CBOs and related stakeholders in the area. • Enhanced retail/trade effectiveness. • Understood and developed a strong HUB & SPOKE model to drive strong rural market execution. • Executed Vision Capacity Building Training at CLF level • Provided training of V.P.R.P.(Village Poverty Reduction Plan) at district level & implemented at village level during GPDP( Gram panchayat Development plan). • Executed Lakhpati Didi Survey and MIS entry at block level. • Monitored activities and discourse related to livelihood issues. • Developed Capacity Building plans pertaining to the value chain. • Executed the project programme at ground level. • Working closely in coordination with Team Leader at PMU and DMU level & with Block Development Officer & Village development officer at block level on various aspects of social development, Drudgery reduction and Gender, institutional and livelihoods development. • Worked in convergence with various line departments like MNREGA, Horticulture Agriculture etc. for Economical Upliftment of the members of CLF & SHGs. • Coordinating with Team leader wing on data analysis and reports on all inputs provided to district Units (DMUs). • Keeping track of successful Self Help Groups , Village Organisation & CLF that would be useful in preparing lessons on viable interventions. • Collaborating with the community institutions established / formed by other agencies and linking them to leverage the business opportunities. • Linking SHGs/VO/CLF with bank for the leveraging of finance in livelihood promotion activities. • Gender sensitisation, interventions for gender equity promotions and Mobilise community stakeholders. • Planning interventions for project promoted community institutions/Livelihood collectives strengthening and livelihood promotion in accordance with annual Planning and implementing easy to comprehend formats for capturing relevant data for Performance analysis and fund utilisation/management. • Developing Institutions for business planning, enterprise promotion, Livelihood enhancement and good governance. • Reviewing annual targets and budgets for livelihoods enhancement, institution building and community development. • Reviewing participation of women, Disaster affected people, Poor, SC/ST/SECC in community Institutions, livelihoods and training activities & decision making processes in order to build good governance

Responsibility:- • Formation of case studies by collecting data from field. • Prepared Data bank on the network institution promoting development work for poverty reduction, livelihood and other related fields • Developed knowledge Bank links for the in hose and external capacity building events undertaken by the project • Design/conduct/coordinate short stories, action research on subjects that can help the project stimulate learning & re-engineer processes • Monitored the itinerary information of the Hon’ble Home Minister, Secretaries, Minister of states, & all other itinerant who participated in Zonal council meet at Westin hotel in Narendranagar. • Monitored Packaging of different product prepared by CLFs. • Participated and organised district level trainings & workshop like MSP and Gender sensitization training at District level.
