1. Taking care, the Financial Literary and Inclusion project in 18 CFLs of 07 Districts in Garhwal
Division (Pauri, Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Dehradun, Tehri, Uttarkashi, and Haridwar), Under this project
I am responsible for Establishing centers, Team management, MIS, Monitoring and Evaluation, Quality
assurance, Administration, Stakeholder management and networking, Recruiting, HR, Administration,
Finance and Training & capacity building.
2. Liaison with Banks, local Administration, SHG groups to aware about Financial Literacy and
Inclusion.
3. Taking care of all the Administrative, Human Resources, and legal issues related to 75 staff and
our Foundation.
4. Arrange training in villages with the coordination of service area banks and local govt. bodies.
