Work & Experience
Worked as self –help group facilitator and community resources person under the climate change adaptation project. Key responsibilities such as mobilizing women, formation of self-help groups, C.C.L linkage and looking after the functioning of SHGs were undertaken during the during the period of engagement.
Worked as community resource person (CRP) in the state unit of NRLM. Held key working responsibilities of mobilizing women formation of self help groups, there C.C.L linkage and monthly monitoring of the prepare functioning of SHGs. I had three Nyay Panchayats.
