Position : Lead Generation Specialist

 

Experience: 2-4  Years

 

Job Summary: The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for our IT services in international markets. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and address the unique needs of clients across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Identify Prospects: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our services.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the potential of leads by gathering information on their needs, budget, and timeline to ensure they align with our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT services industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
