Job Description

Position : Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 01-3 years

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our IT services on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
    • Research and gather information on target markets and industries to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging with prospects and nurturing relationships.
    • Conduct virtual presentations and demonstrations of our IT services to prospective clients.
    • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market and Industry Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client interactions and market insights.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the IT services industry.
    • Experience with international sales and understanding of global markets.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages:
    • Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
