Job Description

  1. Scope of Work:
    • Conduct data collection and feedback surveys through home visit following the interview/ feedback guideline provided.
    • Always adhere to CI’s child safeguarding policies and protocols, data privacy guidelines and other ethical standards, respecting the privacy of sponsored children and families.
    • Obtain informed consent from participants before data collection.
    • Ensure data quality and accuracy through diligent recording and verification procedures.
    • Document any challenges or issues encountered during data collection and propose solutions.
    • The Field Assistant will be accountable for recollecting any inaccurate data found during the verification process.
  1. Deliverables:
    • Responsible for collection of Approximately 335 set quality data through home visit in a month.
    • Field assistants will be expected to translate and encode the data/feedback from local language to English.
    • Submit weekly/monthly reports outlining milestones achieved, challenges faced, and proposed solutions.
