Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our Export Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with international clients, and driving sales growth in overseas markets. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in export sales or international business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences in target regions.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify and approach potential clients and partners in international markets.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  3. Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve export sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  4. Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and feedback efficiently.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
  5. Logistics and Compliance:
    • Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for international markets.
    • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to meet customer demands.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
