Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Analyst to expand our business in the global market. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills along with proficiency in additional foreign languages such as Japanese, Korean, Russian, German and Arabic. This role will require a strong ability to conduct market research, identify key decision-makers, and effectively pitch the services to generate sales across these international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities in the global market, focusing on key industries, stakeholders, and market trends.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data on companies, industries, and key players within the target regions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to key decision-makers within organizations in the global market. Build and maintain a targeted list of prospects.
  • Email Campaigns: Craft and send personalized, compelling email outreach campaigns in English (and foreign languages as applicable) to engage prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Follow up with prospects via phone calls, emails, and video conferencing to pitch our services, build rapport, and close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a customer-centric approach and understanding of their needs.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, focusing on business growth and revenue generation in the global market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine sales strategies and optimize outreach efforts based on market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Language Skills:
    • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Proficiency in one or more foreign languages such as Japanese, Korean, Russian, German, Arabic, or similar, with strong writing and speaking proficiency.
  • Experience:
    • Strong experience in lead generation, cold emailing, and cold calling.
    • Proven ability to engage with decision-makers and close sales in international markets.
  • Sales & Negotiation:
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and achieving business objectives.
  • Research Abilities:
    • Ability to conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven:
    • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset, consistently working towards achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • International Sales Experience:
    • Prior experience in international sales or business development is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA, BTech, or a Degree/equivalent qualification in one of the foreign languages, with proficiency in writing and speaking.
  • Familiarity with global markets (Preferred)
  • Experience working with CRM tools, market research platforms, and sales automation tools.
