<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing state-level operations, preferably in the government sector.</li>

<li>Develop detailed technical and financial proposals that meet the criteria of government entities and international organizations.</li>

<li>Customize proposals to address the specific needs of the client, providing tailored solutions that demonstrate expertise and capability.</li>
<li>Maintain a repository of past proposals, case studies, and best practices to streamline the proposal writing process.</li>
<li>Ensure proposals are submitted on time, with appropriate approvals, and are formatted professionally.</li>
<li>Manage and track proposal submission deadlines and coordinate with different teams to ensure timely delivery.</li>
<li>Stay updated on relevant government and international funding opportunities, regulations, and best practices in proposal writing.</li>
<li>Prepare presentations, summaries, and project documents to support proposal submissions and client engagements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 2-5 years of experience in writing proposals for government projects, international development agencies (e.g., World Bank, UN, UNICEF, ADB), and state and central government tenders.</li>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in proposal writing or project management is a plus.</li>
